BACKGROUND
Nominations closed in December 2007 for Australia's Top Photographers 2008. The full list of nominees can be viewed by clicking on each category heading at left. In most cases you can click on the photographer's name and link through to their website for contact details and examples of work.
VOTING
Peer group voting took place in January and February 2008, when only nominated photographers were invited to vote. Each nominee was given a username and password to ensure they could cast no more than three votes in any category.
Nominees were asked to vote based on industry reputation, taking into account style, creativity, technical leadership, approachability and professionalism.
