There is some kind of bream species available right around the whole of Australia

Bream will also take lures with small diving minnows being the most effective

Lure fishing around oyster leases is the best but be careful not to get your lures stuck in the lease. Also, if a big one grabs your lure you might lose the fish and the lure as bream are very strong.

Off the beach you need to fish in gutters. If you find a gutter near some rocks, that is a really good place to fish.

Fish with baits like striped tuna pieces, pilchards or pipis.
