Competition Conditions

• This subscription competition is open to readers with an Australian address.

• This Yaffa Publishing Group subscription competition commences on October 6, 2006 and closes on the last mail (1400 hours), March 10, 2007.

• The winning entry will be drawn by an independent person on the premises of the promoter Yaffa Publishing Group (ABN 54 002 699 354), 17-21 Bellevue Street, Surry Hills, Sydney at 1600 hours on Tuesday, March 15, 2007.

• The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The prize cannot be bartered and is not redeemable for cash.

• The goods must be claimed within 6 months of the draw date.

• The winner will be personally notified by letter, sent within 5 working days of the draw date.

• The winner's name will be published in The Australian newspaper on Tuesday, March 27, 2007.

• In the unlikely event the winning subscriber has not claimed their prize then a second draw will take place. The classified advertisement in The Australian on 27/3/07 will inform all competition entrants of this fact and state that the second unclaimed prize draw will take place on the 26/6/07.

• Assuming the winner has claimed their prize (and no second draw will be conducted) the winner's name will also be published in the July 2007 issue of Fishing World magazine.

• All competition entrants will be subscribers so everyone who entered the competition will receive the issue that will carry the winners' announcement.

• The prize cannot be bartered and is not redeemable for cash.

• The winner's name will be published in the April 2007 issue of Australian Yachting magazine.

• All competition entrants will be subscribers and will receive the issue caryying the announcement of a winner.
